Picking up my 100 facts again.
Uh let’s see….
I really want to loose weight for all the reasons but I find it hard to eat right and exercise.
I just don’t know where to start.
And it terrifies me because my grandfather died due to diabetes, my babka on the other side is developing it, and both sides of my family are heavyset. I don’t want diabetes. I try to make the right choices for myself but I always end up screwing up.
I don’t even know what’s the right way to excersise.
And I hate running with a passion.
And I’m afraid to lift weights because I’m already big boned and I don’t want to build up bulk.
But I want to loose weight because I want to be a good cosplayer/performer and I can’t do that with my weight. I would like to look good while dancing, because I can dance, I just… It looks silly.
